我渐渐对现在的公司失去了信心。

年初二，我们竟然要开店。象我们这种高档物品，试问，过年后，谁会那么有Mood再购物呢？更何况公司还未确定会不会给我们津贴。

种种原因让我非常不高兴，所以我就搞了个签名会。内容不是坚持不要开店，而是希望高层可以考虑到各种因素。不开店固然好，但如果开店，将带来什么样的影响及应要如何津贴我们呢？

很快地One Utama、Sunway Pyramid及Berjaya Times Square迫不极待地想签。只有怕死的The Gardens和The Pavilion ，坚持要等到通告发了后，再来签名。而汉奸店Bangsar Village，我们连约都不想！

原本高层定于隔天会发通告答复我们，我们却过了三天后才收到，原因是高层需要开会。最后只有Berjaya Times Square和Queensbay Mall分店休业，其他的都照常营业。

我们的诉求算成功吧！至少证明了不只我一人不满。


The Worthiest Signatures

I started to lost confidences for my current employer.

8th of February 2008 (Second day of Chinese New Year), we has been asked to operate the business as usual. I was curious that a high-end brand like us, after the celebration of Chinese New Year, would there be any crowds to buy such expensive shoes?

There are so many problems in this issue, including how our company gonna compensate us, it is a question. I have no choice but to write a letter to the management to express our concerns and requesting management to consider all the factors that might affect the operations if we are opening. And if we are opening, how company would compensate us?

I did not ask every shop to support me nor sign the letter. It was other outlets calling me and told me that I’m the only shop has no problems to open shop. The fact is I never agreed, I was being forced by KL superior to change my schedule as all shops would be closed on 7th of February 2008. I have no choice but to follow.

All shops were signed except The Pavilion and The Gardens. They insist to sign only after receiving the memo. While for Bangsar Village outlet, we did not invite them as one of the fellows there well-known as undercover.

Eventually the outcome was impressed. Only Queensbay Mall and Berjaya Times Square will be closed. Management now at least know I am not the only person who was unsatisfied.
