发觉自己最近充实多了
因为工作陆续的增加
为何？
因为没意思的会议越开越过隐

短短几个月里
大大小小的会议都有
来来去去问题都绕着走
奇怪的就是没解决方案

不明白一些自称很掂的管理人
每次召开会议却不懂得善用
一个没解决方案的会议
再怎么讨论下去也是没结论
只有浪费大家的精神及时间
倒不如把会议改称为聚会

最令人反感的莫过于拍马屁
再怎么听也不是大家想要的
再怎么听就只听到他的决定
再怎么听只听到他爱被称赞

难道就是要我们捧他澜趴
那就是他召开会议的目的


Recently I feel like more energetic, not because of heavy workload, but thanks to the frequent meaningless meetings.

I’ve been attended lots meeting for the past few months. Surprisingly there is someone from management claimed that how well he has contributed to the organization but doesn’t know what is the point for having a meeting.

When comes to the arising of question marks or even the escalated marks, meeting is a place where we had gathered all the expertise to find out the best solution. Unfortunately, whenever we had the meeting, the same question keeps repeating. There is no solution since beginning.

I do not know his intention for having meetings especially when the matters has brought up but there is no solution to solve it. It’s a time wasting yet tiring and useless discussion or better known as gathering.

Instead of sharing thoughts, he is really loves being complimented. I wonder if such meeting is only for the sake of getting compliments from all of us. It makes me nauseous!
