Needless to say nor comment, it is one of the greatest movies that could touched my heart and got my tears for 10 minutes.

Starring my favourite actress, Renee Zellweger.

The title says it all, Renee was assigned to control and restructure the manufacturing plant in suburban area.

It was all hatred at the beginning due to miscommunication and lack of understanding of the people and culture of suburban. But in the end, Renee do realised and understand the importances of friendship and faiths.

She finds her way to stop management from shutting down the plant, in the end, she comes out with a new product which is locally made by her assistant.

Of course it was a happy ending, the sales is boosting and Renee finally found her true love there. She then decided to takeover the stakes in the company and declared as new CEO, to stay there, being together with her lovely and faithful employees, friends and boyfriend.

2 good friends were sharing everything since they were young, but not until the day both get married. Thanks to the assistant of wedding planner, who wrongly made the reservation of wedding hall on the same day.

As both are not willing to tolerate and insisted to held the wedding on the same day, both had serious fight and conflicts. On the wedding day, both realising that they should not going through such troubles, friendship is still what they care, no matter how tough and how much misunderstanding could happen, nothing should have overwritten their faith in friendship.
